1.1 This Return Policy (hereafter "Policy") explains the logistical process of returns and refunds for products purchased from www.thelandmarkmusic.com (hereafter “Website”).
Returns and Refunds
2.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2.2 On receipt of the product, it will be inspected for errors. Refunds will be disbursed only after a successful inspection.
2.3 All refunds will be initiated as a credit note, irrespective of the mode of payment you chose during the purchase.
2.4 Returns can be made for any reason, including not liking the product, with some exceptions.
3.1 Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
3.2 If customer service is not informed within 7 days of delivery, there will be no refund or return.
3.3 If the product is physically damaged or has liquid damage, it will not be accepted.
4.1 Once the return is accepted and a credit note is issued, a new purchase can be made as a replacement.
4.2 If the product is not to your liking, it can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
4.3 Replacement of the product will require customers to have an invoice for the purchase.
